Senior Manager, International CPG Ads - Strategy & Operations - Remote

Overview

This role will be responsible for the operations and performance of our International CPG Ads & Promos business in Canada and Australia.

In Short

• Own the performance of International Ads & Promos – tracking revenue goals and OKRs.
• Build a close partnership with Sales team to develop goals.
• Partner cross-functionally across core S&O, Product, Engineering, Data Science, PMM and other teams.
• Lead the GTM motion, partnering with sales enablement.
• Partner with Marketing teams to monetize Internationally-relevant occasions.
• Track progress, identify risks, and problem-solve against blockers.
• Serve as the voice of the International advertiser.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, business planning, consulting, or product marketing.
• Proven track record of owning revenue or growth goals.
• Data-driven problem solver fluent in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
• Thrive while wearing multiple hats across various projects.
