Manager, Strategy & Operations - CPG Ads & Promos - Remote

Overview

This role will be responsible for the strategy and execution across one or more of our ads products and the overall advertiser experience.

In Short

• Shape the advertiser-facing experience for our Ads Manager platform.
• Inform the product roadmap based on data-driven insights and advertiser feedback.
• Lead go-to-market support on new product and feature launches.
• Leverage data to monitor and optimize product performance.
• Deliver against financial, advertiser performance, and consumer targets.
• Support sales enablement, including GTM processes and reporting.
• Partner with PMM, Sales Marketing, PR, and B2B Marketing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in ad tech, retail media, ecommerce, or digital marketing.
• Experience with ads ecosystems and working with CPGs.
• Proven track record of leading revenue-driving projects.
• Excellent analytical abilities (Excel required; SQL preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
