Overview

The Senior Partner Operations & Enablement Manager will help scale and optimize partner operations across systems, programs, and people, acting as a strategic partner to various teams.

In Short

  • Design and execute operational strategies for partner programs.
  • Build and optimize systems for partner enablement.
  • Lead onboarding and certification programs.
  • Create training materials and sales playbooks.
  • Develop reporting frameworks to track partner engagement.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations for seamless processes.
  • Manage partner learning platforms and tools.
  • Ensure partner-facing content is accurate and compelling.
  • Work with Sales leadership on joint pipeline strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner operations or related field.
  • Proven experience in building partner programs and systems.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • Experience with Salesforce and BI tools.
  • Proficient in Excel and SQL.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
