• We are seeking an experienced Sr. Partner Operations Manager to join our growing Revenue Operations team.
• Your primary focus will be reviewing, streamlining, and building channel processes and systems.
• Implement and own key Partner processes such as deal registration and partner activation.
• Be a key business partner for our Partner Leadership team.
• Create and manage key Partner metrics.
• Ensure Partner processes are seamlessly integrated into Docker systems.
• Maintain the verified partner list within Salesforce.
• Manage and prioritize implementation of key projects.
• Be the subject matter expert for all channel-related operations.
• Build processes to identify adherence to partner program requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Partner Operations.
• Experience in a high growth software/SaaS company.
• Track record of defining channel operational processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technically savvy with Google Suite, Salesforce, Tackle & Allbound.
• Ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of various channel motions.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and love of building.
