Senior Partner Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Partner Operations Manager to join our centralized Revenue Operations team at dbt Labs. This person will play a critical role in creating and maintaining scalable processes for our partner team and work cross-functionally across the entire GTM org.

In Short

• Define and manage the operational strategy for marketplace and reseller processes.
• Develop data-driven insights to optimize partner programs.
• Execute on cross-functional initiatives from design to implementation.
• Work closely with field leadership and sales operations.
• Define and optimize processes for leveraging cloud funding programs.
• Manage reporting frameworks for reseller sales and co-sell performance.
• Lead the implementation of partner technology solutions.
• Oversee the management of partner portals.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal.

Requirements

• 4+ years of revenue operations experience in partner operations or sales operations.
• Experience working asynchronously in a fully-remote team.
• Analytical skills with data in Excel/Sheets, Tableau, and SQL.
• Understanding of developing processes in Salesforce.
• Project Management experience with cross-functional stakeholders.
