Overview

As a Strategic Account Manager for our Therma-Tru brand, you will lead the development and execution of sales strategies for key national and regional accounts in the pro-dealer and R&R segments, focusing on building deep customer partnerships and driving revenue growth.

  • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions.
  • Forecast account demand and ensure accurate sales reporting.
  • Develop customer-specific programs and training efforts.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and national events.
  • Gather market intelligence to inform business strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven sales or sales management experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market conditions and develop strategic responses.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be flexible to maximize business opportunities.
