Overview

As the Luxury Sales Manager, you will represent and sell the luxury plumbing House of Rohl portfolio of products, building strong relationships with showroom partners, builders, architects, and the design community.

In Short

  • Manage all sales responsibilities within your designated territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with showroom personnel and management.
  • Prospect and onboard new customers, including dealers and trade professionals.
  • Engage with architects and designers to promote House of Rohl products.
  • Resolve territory issues in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained across displays and presentations.
  • Make strategic business development recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed sales budget targets and performance goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market conditions and develop strategic responses.
  • Ability to travel and work unsupervised.
  • Must be flexible to work non-standard hours.
  • Valid driver’s license and current insurance required.
  • Ability to install displays as needed.
