Overview

The Luxury Sales Manager will successfully solicit sales of The House of Rohl products on a day to day basis within a variety of customer segments in order to meet and exceed sales budgets, display goals, and execute annual business plan initiatives.

In Short

  • Perform all sales responsibilities and related functions on behalf of the House of Rohl.
  • Develop business relationships with existing Authorized showroom sales personnel.
  • Prospect for new business development with non-authorized dealers and distributors.
  • Maintain relationships with the specification community including Architects and Designers.
  • Meet or exceed sales budget targets and annual goals.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for territory issue resolution.
  • Make recommendations for business development.
  • Ensure brands are represented to standard in customer showrooms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market conditions and competition.
  • Ability to travel and work unsupervised.
  • Must be flexible to work non-standard hours.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and current insurance.
  • Ability to utilize tools to install displays as needed.
