Overview

The Business Development Manager will drive growth and market share across the Southeast U.S. by developing and executing strategies to engage national and regional single-family home builders.

  • Monitor market trends and communicate to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5 years of outside field sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive specifications through program development.
  • Understanding of corporate environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical skills for market assessment.
  • Flexibility to travel and work non-standard hours.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and P&L management preferred.
