Overview

The Business Development Manager for Moen will develop market strategies to expand market share among single-family home builders in Southern California while working closely with territory managers and wholesalers.

  • Travel approximately 1-3 nights per month

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside field sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours
  • Understanding of corporate marketing and product development
  • Ability to analyze competition and market conditions
  • Experience in contract negotiation
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
