Overview

You will join one of the fastest-growing technology startups in Europe, according to Financial Times (FT1000). Fluentbe offers language solutions for B2B in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Spain, delivering over 40,000 teaching hours monthly. We operate from two offices in Poland and Spain, with half of our team working remotely.

Our mission is to make learning simple and enjoyable.

We are looking for someone who can build partnerships with C-level decision-makers as well as HR Specialists and sees themselves in a Team Leader role in the near future.

In Short

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and be responsible for results.
  • Proactively acquire new B2B clients and develop business relationships (hunting).
  • Present offerings and lead negotiations with decision-makers (HR Directors, HR/L&D Managers, HR BPs).
  • Diagnose client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Monitor sales results and implement new methods in response to market trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR/education.
  • Documented successes in sales to medium and large companies.
  • You have had the opportunity to prove yourself as a Team Leader of a sales team and want to fulfill that role in the future.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and diagnose client needs.
  • Experience working with CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Very good command of English (other languages are an asset).
  • Proactive attitude.
