UX/UI Designer - Remote

In Short

• Developing and optimizing the existing educational platform and related tools.
• Designing new functionalities and improving existing ones: student dashboard, lesson booking, materials, progress tracking, communication with instructors, payments, onboarding.
• Conducting user research (interviews, tests) and implementing improvements based on feedback and data.
• Collaborating with the IT & Product team: finalizing details, prioritizing changes.
• Designing multilingual (13 languages!) and responsive (desktop + mobile) within current products.
• Proposing improvements where you see potential for better solutions.

Requirements

• Mid-level UX/UI Designer (minimum 2 years of experience) with a portfolio showcasing the design process and decision-making.
• Experience in developing existing digital products: able to work with a functioning platform, implement changes gradually, and anticipate their consequences.
• Experience in designing web applications: SaaS, EdTech, or subscription products.
• Fluent in Figma.
• Ability to design responsively: understanding the differences between UX on desktop and mobile.
• Experience collaborating with frontend developers: understanding technical limitations and estimating change costs.
• Proactive approach: spotting improvement opportunities and acting in advance.
