You will join one of the fastest-growing tech startups in Europe according to the Financial Times (FT1000). Fluentbe offers language solutions for B2B in Spain, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Poland. We conduct over 40,000 hours of classes monthly. We operate from two offices: one in Poland and another in Spain, with half of our team working remotely. Our mission is to make language learning simple and enjoyable.

In Short

  • Active participation in designing and optimizing the sales system and Fluentbe's offerings alongside the management team.
  • Establishing and strengthening relationships with key clients, customizing solutions to meet their expectations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of four years of experience in sales to HR departments in the B2B sector.
  • A passion for language education and comfort in the linguistic products area.
  • Proficiency in sales methodology and viewing established goals as a positive challenge.
  • Ability to effectively diagnose client needs and transform them into effective solutions.
  • Strong teamwork skills and independent project execution ability.
  • Market sensitivity and the ability to adapt offerings to current trends.
  • Understanding the importance of linguistic training for employees and its impact on customer satisfaction and business development.
  • Documented successes in consultative sales for large commercial entities.
  • Finding energy and satisfaction in client meetings and prospecting.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Practical experience with CRM systems.
