• Sales of Fluentbe Smart Learning product in e-commerce and app stores.
• Monitor customer feedback and propose improvements for e-commerce satisfaction.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement actions to enhance user satisfaction.
• Create automated messages and personalize customer communication.
• Manage the mailing database effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce or sales/marketing, especially in language learning (2-3 years).
• Fluent in marketing automation tools and data analysis (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
• Ability to design and optimize Customer Journey.
• Experience in CX project management.
• Analytical skills to identify customer issues.
• Familiarity with user feedback collection and analysis tools.
• Knowledge of e-commerce trends and best UX/UI practices.
• Entrepreneurial, effective, and independent in action.
• Communicative English proficiency.
