Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or e-commerce, particularly in language education.
• Proficient in marketing automation tools and data analysis (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
• Ability to design and optimize Customer Journey.
• Experience in managing CX projects.
• Analytical skills.
• Knowledge of e-commerce trends and UX/UI best practices.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, effectiveness, and independence.
• Basic English communication skills.
