Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist at CCA Global Partners is responsible for supporting and delivering strategies that enhance local ProSource showroom performance and national brand growth, utilizing a hybrid work model.

In Short

Support marketing programs related to customer experience and acquisition.
Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email and text programs.
Direct all aspects of creative: copy, imagery, design, and video content.
Project manage national and local external campaigns.
Communicate marketing programs to the franchise system.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2-3 years in marketing.
Experience in creative development and marketing communication.
Strong writing skills and proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
Ability to analyze performance and customer metrics.
Excellent communication skills and timely follow-up.
