Overview

The Sales Development Representative at Fiserv is responsible for facilitating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers, serving as the first line of communication for prospective clients.

In Short

  • Recruit top-of-funnel partners with an emphasis on ISV partners.
  • Conduct cold call outreach using a daily call list.
  • Manage sophisticated marketing email sequences to target ISV prospects.
  • Contact inbound leads to qualify ISV prospects.
  • Set up meetings with Business Development Directors.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track daily activities and performance.
  • Meet monthly quotas for establishing ISV prospect meetings.
  • High School graduate/GED required.
  • 1+ years of Sales or Business Development experience.
  • Eligible for commissions based on performance.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience making outbound sales phone calls.
  • 1+ years of experience in cold calling customers.
  • Experience working with ISVs and/or payments is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree is a plus.
  • Salesforce and HubSpot experience is desirable.
