The Business Development Manager for EMEA will play a crucial role in shaping commercial sales and client relationships for Dragonfly, focusing on scaling the EMEA book of business and executing various subscriptions against growth targets.

  • Report to the Head of Business Development, EMEA.
  • Pioneer on the business development team in Europe and the Middle East.
  • Responsible for scaling up the EMEA book of business.
  • Execute security, geopolitical risk, market intelligence, and healthcare subscriptions.
  • Work closely with Sales Development, Account Management, and Client Success teams.
  • Focus on new sales and revenue growth across ARR and OTR.
  • Exhibit a bias for action and a thirst for knowledge.
  • Demonstrate a record of surpassing commercial goals.
  • Build trust and empathize with potential customers.
  • Provide tactical insight into the sales cycle.
