Strategic Customer Success Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Act as the primary technical resource for our largest customers.
• Lead the technical onboarding process for new strategic customers.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to enterprise clients.
• Serve as the voice of the customer within the company.
• Partner with clients to drive broader adoption of our capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze customer health metrics and usage data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer success or solutions engineering.
• Strong hands-on JavaScript experience.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong SQL skills; PostgreSQL experience preferred.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Track record of thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
