Overview

Freshpaint is looking for founding members of our Customer Success team to help our customers successfully take a privacy-first approach to healthcare marketing. This role focuses on empowering customers to deliver on their goals while prioritizing privacy and data quality.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in Customer Success Engineering or similar roles.
  • Clear understanding of web technologies and analytics.
  • Proficiency with tag management platforms and web development languages.
  • Strong operational discipline and analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
