Overview

The Trading Partner Relationship Manager at Experian Health is responsible for managing key partnerships and ensuring optimal performance and compliance across healthcare transactions.

In Short

  • Manage daily operations for a portfolio of large strategic partnerships.
  • Create strategic plans to grow important relationships.
  • Ensure partners achieve commitments and track their performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, finance, and leadership teams.
  • Guide contracting with payers and third parties.
  • Act as an external liaison with payer connectivity business leaders.
  • Facilitate issue resolution regarding connectivity.
  • Internal escalation path for payer-related issues.
  • Engage with trading partner resources for efficient issue resolution.
  • Work remotely from within the U.S.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Client Relationship experience.
  • 3+ years of Healthcare EDI experience.
  • Provider and/or Payer based background.
  • 3+ years of expertise with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Experience with HL7 and X12 message formats.
  • Affiliation with WEDI, X12, HL7, CAQH CORE industry groups.
