About the Role

We are looking for a Partnership Relationship Manager (PRM) to nurture and grow relationships within our existing partner network, ensuring strong collaboration and long-term success. This role sits at the intersection of partner management, sales alignment, and operational efficiency, focusing on maintaining engagement, optimising partner-driven revenue, and providing partners with visibility into lead and onboarding processes. The PRM will play a crucial role in ensuring that partners are supported, their referred leads are progressing efficiently, and their contributions to the business are maximised. The ideal candidate has experience in partner relationship management, sales coordination, or business development, with a strong understanding of managing partner ecosystems and aligning cross-functional teams to drive partner satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Engagement & Lead Management

  • Manage and strengthen partner relationships for long-term collaboration.
  • Maintain regular communication and provide visibility into lead status and sales progress.
  • Ensure partner-referred leads are effectively tracked and managed through the sales pipeline.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and sales to optimize conversions.
  • Organize partner events/webinars and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Monitor lead conversion rates, response times, and overall partner impact.
  • Work with Partnership Development to streamline new partner onboarding.

Onboarding & Operational Efficiency

  • Oversee smooth onboarding for partner-referred leads.
  • Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure efficient partner-client transitions.
  • Track resource utilization and drive engagement initiatives.
  • Handle partner escalations with minimal senior management intervention.

Performance & Growth

  • Track partner contributions to revenue and achieve partnership KPIs.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive long-term partner growth.
  • Support regional expansion and new product integrations.

Satisfaction & Reporting

  • Measure partner satisfaction (NPS) and gather feedback.
  • Provide performance reports with insights on lead conversion and revenue impact.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution and proactively address recurring challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in partnership management, sales coordination, or business development, preferably in the E-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and how to align cross-functional teams for success.
• Proven ability to manage and grow partnerships, ensuring their long-term contribution to business objectives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyse sales and performance data, using insights to drive strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM, Sales Tools, Google Sheets etc.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for optimising partner relationships.
