In Short

  • Own and refine the end-to-end lead-to-revenue process.
  • Ensure data flows seamlessly between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Focus on process optimisation and CRM data integrity.
  • Standardise and enforce CRM best practices.
  • Audit and clean CRM data for accuracy.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Monitor integration between HubSpot and Stripe.
  • Develop segmented customer lists in HubSpot.
  • Partner with BI personnel for accurate dashboards and analytics.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years’ experience in Sales Operations or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
  • Experience with sales pipeline management.
  • Understanding of marketing attribution systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exposure to process automation initiatives.
