Overview

The Director of Sales, Enterprise Dealer will lead a team of Account Executives and Account Managers responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional service to our Top 50 Automotive Dealer Groups.

In Short

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales and account management talent.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with pricing, legal, implementation, and product teams.
  • Leverage Experian's unique data assets for tailored solutions.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and account expansion.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting.
  • Lead and coordinate RFP efforts.
  • Promote a culture focused on customer experience and accountability.
  • Report to VP Sales, Automotive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in automotive industry.
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in relevant industries.
  • Experience leading teams managing complex sales cycles.
  • Experience coaching and developing sales talent.
  • Experience creating custom solutions using complex data sets.
  • Experience engaging executive-level clients.
  • Willingness to travel 60%.
