Overview

Experian is looking for a Client Technical Analyst, Expert to support their main API/Member platform and provide excellent customer service while resolving application issues.

In Short

  • Research and diagnose complex software issues raised by clients/members.
  • Develop and test SQL queries for issue investigation.
  • Examine error logs and database content to determine problem causes.
  • Document and implement workaround solutions.
  • Document steps to reproduce issues for resolution.
  • Create/manage production/staging support tickets.
  • Document processes, procedures, and technical instructions.
  • Support development and integration of API and SDK.
  • Work in a flexible environment, including remote options.
  • Contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of development or technical support experience.
  • Experience with API and SDK integration.
  • Knowledge of Linux, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, MySQL, Shell scripting.
  • Experience implementing automation or self-service technologies.
  • Familiarity with Splunk, Data Dog, MuleSoft, and Salesforce.
