Overview

The Client Technical Analyst will provide advanced support to clients in the healthcare sector, focusing on troubleshooting and problem resolution for Patient Estimates and Registration Quality Assurance products.

In Short

  • Provide detailed second-level support and troubleshooting.
  • Notify clients regarding the status of their support tickets.
  • Escalate complex issues to technical and product resource teams.
  • Coordinate technical troubleshooting sessions with clients.
  • Communicate with clients via support cases, email, and phone.
  • Maintain and enhance internal and external Knowledge Base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in a B2B technical support role.
  • 3+ years in the healthcare industry with knowledge of medical billing.
  • Familiarity with healthcare-related standards.
  • Strong research and comparison skills.
  • Emotional intelligence and client empathy.
  • Organizational skills for task prioritization.
  • Able to build relationships with stakeholders.
