Overview

As a Data Analyst at Salvo Health, you’ll play a central role in transforming complex, sometimes disparate data into clean, insightful reports and models that drive decisions across the organization.

In Short

• Transform and unify data from multiple sources for reliable reporting and analysis.
• Define and track KPIs to support strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain Metabase dashboards and recurring reports.
• Maintain and evolve the underlying data architecture.
• Design and test predictive models to forecast key business trends.
• Analyze patient journeys for lifecycle engagement opportunities.
• Drive growth performance insights across acquisition channels.
• Champion data quality with best practices documentation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a data, business, or product analytics role.
• Experience with large data sets using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication skills for translating data insights.
• Understanding of healthcare concepts is a plus.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and bias toward action.
