Registered Dietitian Supervisor - Remote

Overview

Salvo Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian Supervisor that oversees the people management and clinical performance of the Registered Dietitian (RD) team, focusing on team leadership, engagement, and accountability to company benchmarks and OKRs.

In Short

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support for Registered Dietitians
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance check-ins, and annual reviews
• Ensure RD adherence to company benchmarks, KPIs, and OKRs
• Monitor utilization, scheduling, documentation timeliness, and care delivery metrics
• Support day-to-day operations of the RD team
• Identify barriers to team performance and escalate operational issues
• Serve as a liaison between RDs and leadership
• Spend 10-15% of time seeing patients while managing the team
• Collaborate with training, quality, and clinical teams
• Support implementation of new initiatives and workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Registered Dietitian
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years managing a team of registered dietitians
• Active licenses in GA, FL, OH
• Experience with GI and/or metabolic conditions a plus
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong personal computing skills
• Remote work experience preferred
