Part-Time Clinical Recruiter - Remote

Overview

Salvo is looking for an experienced part-time clinical recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a keen eye for talent acquisition across a broad set of clinical and front line roles.

In Short

• Develop a tailored strategic search plan for roles including nurses, registered dietitians, licensed therapists and social workers, inside sales professionals, and other roles in this high-growth startup.
• Partner with hiring managers to create role descriptions and ascertain key skill requirements.
• Develop robust pipelines of qualified candidates for open positions using innovative and creative sourcing techniques.
• Conduct initial screening of candidates, including phone screen, background checks, etc.
• Act as primary liaison for candidates through the entire interview process, including follow up and feedback.
• Maintain and update internal and external recruiting-related materials as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, with specific experience in clinical recruiting preferred.
• Experience developing and implementing effective recruiting practices.
• Experience with Lever or similar ATS required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and strategic thinker.
• Strong curiosity and empathy.
• Experience in a startup or high growth company preferred.
• Personal passion for health and wellness topics preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
