Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in financial services or tech.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools such as Lever and Linkedin Recruiter.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS-related roles.
• Background in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies.
• Bonus points for recruitment experience in the UK.
