The Part-Time Recruiter at Johnstone Supply - The Founder's Group is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, source, and hire top talent for the company.

• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Partner with department leaders to understand job requirements.
• Proactively identify and source candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Own the candidate recruitment experience from start to finish.
• Partner with local organizations for branding and job fairs.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Multi-site and remote recruitment experience is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing methods.
• Proficiency in using ATS platforms.
• Understanding of effective interview techniques.
• Ability to work resourcefully to identify staffing solutions.
• Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills.
• Critical thinking and multi-task management abilities.
