Part-Time Recruiter - Remote

Overview

This position is an independent contractor role focused on part-time recruiting responsibilities.

In Short

• Independent contractor role, part-time
• Responsible for end-to-end lifecycle recruiting and candidate management
• Recruits applicants for internal and external job requisitions
• Builds applicant sources using job boards and networks
• Determines applicant requirements by reviewing job descriptions
• Works with in-house senior recruiters to support business needs
• Conducts warm/cold calls to potential candidates
• Includes sourcing, scheduling, and metric reporting
• Assists with other recruiting needs

Requirements

• Can work U.S. time zone (Pacific)
• Experience recruiting for U.S. clients
• Three years of experience in high-volume staffing preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of ATS Systems (JazzHR, ZipRecruiter)
