IT Recruiter (Part-time Remote)

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Freelance IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and attracting top IT talent to meet our clients' staffing needs. This is a flexible, remote opportunity with performance-based KPIs.

• Utilize various channels to source and engage potential candidates.

• Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Minimum of 1000 LinkedIn connections in relevant IT fields.
• Strong understanding of IT staffing requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Performance-based KPIs: 20-40 qualified CVs submitted per month.
• Flexible work schedule.
