Part-Time Recruiter - Remote

Overview

Continuum of Colorado is looking for a dedicated part-time Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for various positions, ensuring a successful candidate search and compliance with hiring regulations.

In Short

• Recruit for direct care, professional, and management positions.
• Post jobs and evaluate applicant qualifications.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks.
• Assist with the offer process and negotiate compensation.
• Work part-time with a flexible schedule (approximately 20 hours/week).
• Hybrid remote position with opportunities for in-person events.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure compliance with EEO and DOL regulations.
• Provide excellent communication with applicants and hiring managers.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or two years advanced study.
• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HR personnel practices and employment laws.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other required programs.
• Valid Colorado driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Personal vehicle in good condition for work use.
• Meet driving requirements for the position.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related experience may substitute.
