TANF Case Manager - Remote

Overview

Continuum of Colorado is seeking a TANF Case Manager to provide case management services for individuals and families receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).

In Short

• Full-time position at 36 hours/week with a 4-day work week.
• Hybrid remote work environment.
• Requires knowledge of vocational training techniques.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Must have a valid Colorado driver's license.
• Experience with Colorado Works/TANF preferred.
• One year of case management experience is beneficial.

Requirements

• Must pass security and criminal background checks.
• Knowledge of behavior management principles.
• Ability to work independently and flexible hours.
• Personal vehicle in good condition required.

• Previous TANF experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills needed.
• Experience in communication with service providers.
• Ability to maintain accurate case files.
