As the Regional Manager of Residential, you’ll oversee the daily operations of residential sites, managing a team and ensuring quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required.
• Five years of experience with developmental disabilities.
• Four years of management experience required.
• Knowledge of Colorado health regulations preferred.
• Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Must meet driving requirements.
