Case Manager - Remote

Overview

The case manager position is designed to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in identifying and acquiring supports for independent living in the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in social services.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
• Proof of automobile insurance.
• Knowledge of local community and self-directed services.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
