Remote Part-Time Recruiter

Overview

We are a growing recruitment firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator with experience in website setup and management to join our team.

In Short

• Manage the full cycle of recruiting tasks including job posting and candidate screening.
• Conduct virtual interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications.
• Organize interview data and maintain candidate records in the HR platform.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure completion of necessary documentation.
• Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Set up and manage a company website to showcase services and job openings.
• Regularly update the website with job listings and company information.
• Support candidates after hiring to ensure satisfaction and smooth transitions.
• Provide support with assignment placements and continued communication.
• Work flexible hours between 3pm - 11pm.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.
• Comfortable using digital platforms such as Zoom and WorkBright.
• Experience with website setup and management is required.
• Familiarity with Monday.com is a plus.
• Knowledge of web design basics and SEO best practices is a plus.
