Overview

We are looking for a Part-Time Recruiter to join our team on a flexible, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment and the ability to manage sourcing, screening, and scheduling with minimal supervision.

In Short

• Post and manage job listings using your own Indeed Employer account
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinate interviews and serve as the main point of contact for candidates
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and deliver qualified talent
• Keep recruitment pipelines updated and organized
• Share weekly progress updates and insights

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Must have access to a personal Indeed Employer account
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple open roles
• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or basic ATS systems
