Overview

Jellyvision is seeking a part-time recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team temporarily, focusing on sourcing and full-cycle recruiting.

In Short

• Part-time, temporary recruiter role for 4-5 months starting December 2025.
• 20 hours per week with potential to increase to 40 hours.
• Lead end-to-end recruiting processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape job descriptions.
• Identify and attract high-quality candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Deliver excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Collaborate on company-wide hiring efforts.
• Engage in special projects to improve hiring processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience.
• Experience in SaaS recruitment preferred.
• Strong partnership skills with internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of recruiting techniques and social media platforms.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Excellent attention to detail and discretion.
