Overview

The Managing Broker will be responsible for supporting the Designated Managing Broker in the successful administration of eXp Realty brokerage operations in their state. This role involves assisting agents in delivering exceptional real estate services while ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations.

In Short

• Support brokerage operations and agent services in Nevada.
• Conduct training on contracts, risk management, and licensing.
• Respond promptly to agent inquiries and requests for assistance.
• Consult with agents on complex transaction issues.
• Review contracts for legal and compliance adherence.
• Implement the eXp Risk Management Program.
• Enhance compliance with brokerage operations manuals.
• Coordinate the distribution of inbound mail.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
• Participate in virtual meetings and maintain communication with the team.

Requirements

• Experience as a supervising real estate broker.
• Strong understanding of state-level real estate brokerage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to implement systems and processes.
• Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
• Proficient in G Suite; Microsoft Office experience is a bonus.
• Remote work experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
