Managing Broker - Texas (Remote)

Overview

The Managing Broker will support the Designated Managing Broker in the administration of eXp Realty brokerage operations in Texas, ensuring compliance with state laws and providing exceptional service to agents and clients.

• Responsible for supporting brokerage operations in Texas.
• Conduct training on real estate laws and compliance.
• Provide assistance to agents with their requests.
• Engage with agents to solve complex transaction issues.
• Review contracts for compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Real estate industry experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Team player with problem-solving skills.
• Experience in coordinating events.
• Proficient in G Suite; Microsoft Office experience is a bonus.
• Remote work experience required.
