Managing Broker - Iowa (Remote)

Overview

The Managing Broker will be responsible for supporting the Designated Managing Broker in the successful administration of eXp Realty brokerage operations in Iowa. This role involves assisting agents in delivering exceptional service to clients while ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in G Suite; Microsoft Office experience a plus.
• Remote work experience required.
• Dedicated home-office/work space.
• Advanced knowledge of Trello preferred.
