Managing Broker - Arizona (Remote)

Overview

The Managing Broker will support the Designated Managing Broker in the administration of eXp Realty brokerage operations in Arizona, ensuring compliance with state laws and providing exceptional service to clients.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience in real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Experience in training and compliance.
• Proficient in G Suite; Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
• Experience in coordinating events and activities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Remote work experience required.
