Managing Broker - Remote

Overview

The Managing Broker will support the Designated Managing Broker in the administration of eXp Realty brokerage operations in Virginia, ensuring compliance with state laws and providing exceptional service to agents and their clients.

• Support brokerage operations and compliance with state laws.
• Conduct training for agents on real estate laws and practices.
• Respond promptly to agents' requests for assistance.
• Consult with agents on complex transaction issues.
• Review contracts for legal compliance.
• Implement risk management programs.
• Enhance compliance with brokerage operations manuals.
• Coordinate distribution of inbound mail.
• Participate in the state leadership team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
• Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks effectively.
• Proficient in G Suite; Microsoft Office is a bonus.
• Experience in coordinating events and group activities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
