Overview

The Managing Broker will support the Designated Managing Broker in the administration of eXp Realty brokerage operations in Tennessee, ensuring compliance with state laws and providing exceptional service to agents and clients.

• Support brokerage operations and ensure compliance with state laws.
• Conduct training for agents on real estate laws and risk management.
• Respond promptly to agent inquiries and provide assistance.
• Consult with agents on complex transaction issues.
• Review contracts for legal compliance.
• Implement risk management programs for agents.
• Enhance compliance with brokerage operations manuals.
• Coordinate distribution of inbound mail.
• Participate in state leadership team activities.
• Maintain communication with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency in G Suite; Microsoft Office experience is a bonus.
• Remote work experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively.
