Overview

The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for acquiring new customers, understanding their needs, and managing the full sales cycle, contributing to the success of the sales strategy.

In Short

  • Acquire new customers through various channels.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Present product demos and sales pitches.
  • Manage the entire sales process from proposal to closing.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools (Zoho).
  • Participate in trade fairs and conduct workshops.

Requirements

  • Commercial training or comparable background.
  • Initial sales experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or payments.
  • Experience in gastronomy is a plus.
  • Enjoyment in sales and a good technical understanding of software.
  • Confident communication skills both on the phone and in person.
  • Strong negotiation skills and persuasiveness.
  • Team player mentality, initiative, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel within NRW and occasionally to Munich.
