Overview

Equip is the leading virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program on a mission to ensure that everyone with an eating disorder can access treatment that works. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in discovering and building out relationships with providers to acquire patient referrals.

In Short

  • Develop outreach strategies to establish provider relationships.
  • Prospect provider organizations using email, phone, and innovative sales channels.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings based on qualification criteria.
  • Manage the acquisition/sales cycle initial stages.
  • Promote networking events for potential referring providers.
  • Provide lead distribution to ensure accurate pipeline growth.
  • Contribute to the development of the BDR team.
  • Stay informed about the eating disorder treatment landscape.
  • Seek feedback to improve outreach strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Entry-level position with preference for 1+ years in sales/success role.
  • Creative prospecting approach using traditional and new technologies.
  • Highly coachable with a commitment to professional growth.
  • Data-driven mindset focused on outreach effectiveness.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a fully-remote work environment.
  • Willingness for limited travel for training and conferences.
