Overview

This role is remote and can be executed across EMEA, with a preference for a candidate located in Western Europe.

In Short

  • Lead the Commercial Partners Program in Western Europe.
  • Own and execute reseller and integrator strategy across Western Europe.
  • Build relationships with influential systems integrators and resellers.
  • Onboard and enable partners for success with ElevenLabs products.
  • Generate and qualify new opportunities through partners.
  • Expand the Partner Program in line with growth targets.
  • Design and optimize incentive models for partners.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the program.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in channel and reseller partnerships within SaaS.
  • Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Hands-on, resourceful, and proactive owner mentality.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Based in a Western European market.
