Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at ElevenLabs, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and guiding clients through their voice AI journey, focusing on long-term value creation.

In Short

  • Be part of an early Customer Success team with significant impact opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial and enterprise clients in the APAC region.
  • Onboard new clients and drive long-term product adoption.
  • Monitor customer usage to identify improvement areas.
  • Own account expansion and renewal.
  • Measure and improve customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Track customer success KPIs against company goals.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in Customer Success within a SaaS organization.
  • Strong customer excellence mindset.
  • Commercial experience in renewals and account expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, with experience in a bilingual environment preferred.
